In a land mark judgement the High court of Madras has ruled ” If any unmarried couple of the right legal age “indulge in sexual gratification,” this will be considered a valid marriage and they could be termed “husband and wife,” the Madras High Court has ruled in a judgment that gives a new twist to the concept of premarital sex ” Read more here .
Soon after the judgement was pronounced there was a widespread panic across India. People were seen running away or towards their partners or desperately seeking legal help.
A man desperately seeking divorce for the last 5 years was seen distributing sweets- when contacted he shared with a smile on his face ” If premarital sex is marriage then ” No Sex” post marriage should be automatic divorce- leave aside all the paper work.
The judgement also caused ripples in the political circles in India. All the paid news channels were abuzz with the news that ” Sonia Jee” is unhappy about this judgement.
In the BPO cities of Gurgaon and Noida at least a dozen married men working on late night shifts innocently asked – What is Sex?
A situation of crisis went into the marketing department of Shaadi.com. Last heard Shaadi.com was contemplating change the name to something more suited to the judgement.
A lot of news channels were unhappy with the development. They complained that contrary to what they thought the TRP ratings went down. It was reported that as soon as the word “Sex” was mentioned on TV the ” Head of the family” immediately changed the channel.
But the most tragic development of the day was when a sweet and “shareef” boy was slapped on his first date when he said to her ” Chalo Shaadi Banate hain”.
He is most definitely planning to sue the HC.
